An increased amount of zinc in the diet can also assist in removing acne – it is a mineral known to have anti-bacterial effects and immune boosting abilities.
- Take Steam Baths
Steam baths can help you get rid of acne once and for all. Steam baths open your pores and relieves your skin of toxins and clogs. It’s a great way to improve circulation as well.
After taking in the heat, calm down with a nice cool bath to close the pores and relieve the tension brought about by the heat.
